Office Manager/Billing Department Manager
Andrea is a devoted key player for Options Rehab with over 20 years of experience in billing and collections. Andrea was first introduced to medical billing during high school where she began working for a small chiropractic office. She became eager to grow and learn more. Andrea was then introduced to the head medical biller and collection specialist position at Quest Physical Therapy. Within five years of hard work and dedication, she was promoted to Office Manager and remained at Quest for seven years when the practice was sold and eventually closed. Andrea now finds her permanent home, since 2008, at Options Rehab where her career has skyrocketed and has made long-lasting relationships with her colleagues.
